My work brings together holistic wellbeing education, nervous system awareness, and compassionate self-inquiry to help individuals reconnect with themselves and create calmer, more intentional ways of living.

Drawing on practices such as mindfulness, breathwork, somatic awareness, EFT and emotional intelligence education, I guide people to better understand their inner world and develop practical tools for emotional regulation, resilience and personal growth.

What is EFT?

How can it support Wellbeing?

EFT, often known as tapping, is a gentle technique that combines modern psychology with acupressure by tapping on specific points on the body.

This practice helps calm the nervous system while supporting the release and processing of emotional stress in a safe and supportive way.

People often seek EFT when they feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, overwhelm, self-doubt, or emotional stress.
