What is Holistic Wellbeing?

Holistic wellbeing takes a whole-person approach to personal growth and emotional health. It recognises that our mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing are deeply connected, and that lasting change begins from within.

My work is guided by The AK Framework, an integrated approach that combines mindfulness, emotional intelligence, nervous system awareness, and compassionate self-reflection to support healthier ways of living, learning, and leading.

Through coaching, educational programmes, workshops, and speaking engagements, I support individuals, young people (13+), schools, and organisations in developing practical tools for emotional resilience, self-awareness, and balanced wellbeing.

By blending evidence-informed practices with intuitive and compassionate guidance, my aim is to help people reconnect with themselves, regulate stress, and cultivate a deeper sense of clarity, confidence, and inner steadiness.

Common Areas clients seek support with:

• Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
• Burnout and nervous system exhaustion
• Confidence, self-belief, and mindset development
• Low self-esteem and limiting beliefs
• Social anxiety and communication confidence
• Exam stress and academic pressure (young people 13+)
• Sleep habits and healthy wellbeing routines
• ADHD and neurodivergent wellbeing support
• Emotional resilience and self-awareness
• Parental and caregiver burnout

For organisations and workplaces, my work also supports teams in addressing challenges such as:

• workplace stress and burnout
• emotional resilience and focus
• employee wellbeing and engagement
• reducing stress-related absenteeism
• cultivating healthier workplace cultures

Through practices such as mindfulness, breathwork, EFT, somatic awareness, and wellbeing education, I help individuals and teams develop practical tools for emotional balance, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing.
